Helen Richardson - Director
Helen graduated from Northumbria University with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She then went on to achieve a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Prior to her move to EJN Helen spent her early career in Human Resources within the manufacturing sector.

Kate Stephenson - Recruitment Manager
Kate graduated from The University of Hull with a BA (Hons) in Management. Prior to working for EJN Kate completed a graduate management training programme and worked within a customer service role. Kate has successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
